+ -1 moreThey were not knowledgeable at all about Windows 10. The work not only took longer than it needed, they actually made things worse. Too their credit, they acknowledged the problem and didn't charge me more hours for the time they took up.
Description of Work: Try to fix two computers with Windows 10 problems.

Description of Work: Mike untangled and organized and labeled a mess of wires, cables, and odd parts; set up my accesses and figured out what was unnecessary and what I needed.

+ -1 moreMike Serleth came to our home (he only does house calls) and it was an outstanding experience. It is a relief to know there is someone like him out there, knowledgeable and local, who can help with basic home computer issues if and when they occur. He was patient, communicative, generous with his time and expertise, and helpful and informative.
Description of Work: Fixed software issue with the video card on an old laptop, performed a bunch of diagnostics on the old laptop to update the system, delete extraneous items, get it to run more smoothly. Installed virus software and cleanup freeware. Generally fixed up our old laptop so that it's fully usable again as an extra computer around the house.
