Joseph and his team "no-showed" and when I finally reached him after several calls, he arranged to come the following day instead. But he "no-showed that day and refused to answer any of my calls despite MANY messages that I'd left to try to find out what had happened. The company was very UNPROFESSIONAL--I ended up calling another company to do the move.
Description of Work: Joseph was my point of contact and he gave me a quote for a move without seeing my belongings. He promised a move date and assured me that he and his team would be there on the date of the move--but he never showed up.
