Description of Work: Another repair company told me it would cost around $900 to repair my Wolf range broiler. I decided to live without a broiler for awhile. I read some great reviews for Bay Valley and decided to try again. For around $650 Kuan fixed the broiler, installed a new ignition replaced the gas line, which was always on the short side. And since he was here, he checked and cleaned the fridge coils and the dryer exhaust! Great guy!!!

Description of Work: Serviceman came out promptly, was very professional and extremely knowledgable. He addressed my initial problem on the Sub-zero refrigerator, but also pointed out some additional issues on the fridge, and educated us on the Wolf range and ovens. Since this was a new home for us, and it was a REO there was no instructions or information on any of the appliances. I would highly recommend this company and technician and would use them again in a heartbeat.
