Owner Leo was very responsive to questions and provided clarification on pricing and the work to be done. Workers showed up as scheduled. They were courteous and considerate of protecting home and causing minimal disruption and mess. Completed job as expected. Issues that arose after the fact were quickly addressed. Would definitely use them again.

These guys were amazing. Jeremy, the sales person was responsive and addressed all my concerns and needs. We felt he was going to take care of us. They were able to schedule us for the next day. We had rodent and birds in the attic. Oscar and his crew showed up on time the next day. They spent their time prepping and protecting my house for all the work they needed to do. They never seemed like they were rushing to just get the job done. They spent the time needed to do a great and complete job. I really appreciate that. They removed all the old insulation sealed all the holes in the attic and installed new insulation. They left my house cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend Attic Pro to anyone.

Can you add this instead ? Inspector Jeremy came to our house two days ago, he checked each area carefully and then sit down with me to discuss the products and services professionally! So I am very clear about the steps and price and the time line! The oscar crew came today and did a fantastic job! First they cover our carpet, then suck all the dirty insulation out, then fixed holes and then put new one! They kept craw into attic and finish the task at over 90 degrees, and cleaned everywhere before they left! What a wonderful company!

Marcelino cleaned up the crawl space and installed the moisture barrier perfectly. The crawl space now look clean and beautiful, and all the materials leave behind from last remodeling is all clean up. Jeremy managed the project professionally from start to finish. He help me understand the services and the pricing. And he sent me the pictures after the cleaning for my record. I would highly recommend Jeremy for their cleaning services.

I am thrilled with the work done by Attic Pros in my crawl space for rodent clean up and proofing. I had gotten multiple estimates and every other company was misleading, flakey or just failed to follow through with a written estimate. In the case, Leo, the owner, came to my house and sat down with me to explain each element of the service, supported by pictures he took when he went into the crawl space. He was responsive, forthcoming and willing to work with me. All steps of their process, as explained to me in detail, were far above the service offered by other local companies. They scheduled the appointment promptly and provided a clear and detailed estimate of services. They sent two reminders about the appointment via text and email. On the day of the service, my technician, URI, arrived promptly, (appt scheduled between 8-10 and he was here by 8:30), immediately got to work isolating a pathway to my crawl space. He worked diligently until 2:30 p.m. with, as far as I can tell, only a very quick break around lunchtime. After he finished the job, he showed me the pictures of the before and after, showed me a photo of the chemical they used to sanitize the space, and even set some traps because he suspected that new rodents had been living in the space recently. Subsequent checks are part of the one year warranty included with the service. URI was polite, clear and respectful. I couldn't be more pleased. In this day and age where home service companies leave a lot to be desired on the service side, this company is a gem and a rare find. I highly recommend you use Attic Pros.

It was a very professional work. I was able to inspect the work during isolation installation. Everything promised in the contract was done. Also , they cleaned after. Excellent work.

Julio and Marlene where both very professional and efficient in their work. They arrived introduced themselves then went right to work no complaining just all business. If I need more work done I would request them.

Attic Pros just competed installing insulation in our home. The whole experience was outstanding. From the 1st call with Stephanie then the estimate with Jeremy and most importantly the wonderful crew Julio, Armando, Uriel, Jose and Romeo. They were prompt, polite, and very efficient. Julio made sure it was thoroughly sealed and deodorized. He showed us very detailed pictures of all the work they did. They also left our home spotless when they finished. We couldn’t be more pleased. If you want a quality job this is the company you need.

I initially called Attic Pro, when my electrician mentioned that the insulation in my attic had been shredded and that I might want someone to take a look at it. Through out the entire process, from the initial quote to remove and install new insulation (by John) to the final two week trap inspection (by Raonel), everything has gone as planned and everyone has been extremely professional. Everyone has made every effort to work around my schedule and answer the numerous questions regarding the quote, work, and warranty. Julio and his worker were extremely diligent in removing the old installation. Although it took him an additional couple of hours, I was very please that he was dedicated to the process without complaint. I would also like to thank Jose Romero and his crew who came out to do the rodent proofing and installation. Both Jose and Julio kept me informed of the process, took time to answer questions, worked around my extremely large dog, made sure to clean up, and photographed both the initial and final changes. I am please with Attic Pro and would recommend them to anyone having issues in their attic and/or crawl space.

Just wondering if the people giving such high reviews actually watched or check on what Attic Pros delivered to their attic after they left? In my case, I probably wouldn't have checked if it weren't for the fact that we still had several rats and a bat still in our attic after they left. That is when I reviewed my nest outdoor cameras only to discover they unloaded 18 bags of insulation from their truck, blew in 10, and loaded 8 back onto the truck and left. When I asked my sales guy how many were supposed to be used in my attic, the answer was 27.5 bags. And this in fact matched what I already knew from looking at the spec sheet from Corning. When I advised David Katz (attic pros sales guy) of this I got a very quick back peddle follow about how he liked to treat all his customers like family and he was very uncomfortable about where my questions were going. I let him know I had a bit of discomfort of my own and asked if he was at all worried about that? He said this is exactly what the warranty was for. No David! A warranty is for covering unforeseen issued and problems that arise in good faith out of the control of the installer. Not when your guys blatantly seal none of the entry points and put just a bit over a third of the insulation you promise and then try to make me feel bad for questioning your honesty. That is just fraud. He did finally call back and answer the question about the bag discrepancy explaining that the bags they used were actually larger commercial bags that apparently covered almost three times the area for the same R factor. Fair enough. I called Corning and talked to the commercial sales department and the lady there said she had worked there for over 6 years and knew of no larger bag, commercial or residential, of the product I saw on my video. Further, her computer showed no such product. She also let me know that she had used this same product in her house so she was very familiar with it. Back to David who claimed he would be forthcoming with their supplier contact that I could call and proof of the products existence within a week. That was 5 + weeks ago. In the mean time they did send another guy out who sealed up quite a few of the entry points in my attic. At least the ones I could see from where I could get to inside and on the roof (there is a whole room up front that I dare not try to get to at my size and weight). That took 10 days for them to respond and come out. Their two traps caught two more rats. Both of which I had to haul out of the attic and bury because it would be another 8 days to get someone out. He came and set another trap which did not get anything but soon after that I called again because the smell is still there and we have gotten quite a few of the slow moving flies that lay their eggs in dead rats. No response. Text to David. Also no response. So just remember, a 5 year warranty is only as good as the company backing it up. If I were you I might want to call in a competitor and have them double check the Attic Pro work!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Jeremy came out and gave the initial inspection and sent me the quote, including pictures, immediately. He was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. Francisco and his crew arrived on time to do the work as scheduled and got the whole job done in 1 day. Very happy!

Let me start out by stating that I really feel that I am a fair individual. Long story we have been hearing rodents in between floor joists for a few weeks. So we decided to call attic pros based on reviews an reputation. The first meeting went well. We have a 2 year old and we wanted to make sure we had this problem under control. So we opted for the 5 year coverage. Which included proofing to as best as possible to minimize access (nothing is perfect) and to come and clean up and look if we heard any activity. The first two appointments no problem. Felt good about the decision to go with Attic pros. They seemed to respond quickly and I liked dealing with the individuals on the initial calls. The scoping went well and the first crew came in a did a few things. But they didnt' want to seal everything up for the sake of trapping the rodent inside (bad smells ie). I was good with that, sounded like a good plan. From there is went down hill. I called back to schedule them to return. Turns out that they send a investigator to check to see the progress. Great. He said call back to schedule the crew. I called and scheduled and they sent out a investigator again. I was a bit frustrated because I had taken a day off work so I could meet with these guys. But they told me I need to ask for a "crew" to come by. This frustrated me a bit, because how am I supposed to know as the customer what I need to ask for. As a company you should have my records and understand what I need, or ask the right questions. Anyway no biggy I let that one slide, even though it cost me a day off to meet with them. So I called back this time and stated I needed a crew. They appropriately obliged. I scheduled for March 21. I get a text message the day before stating nobody can make it. I was a bit frustrated at this point. Because once again I moved things around to be able to stay home to meet with them. I let them know my experience and they texted me that they can do sunday 3/25. Great ok, at least I didn't need to take a day off. They said 9-11. Great Im around. Then I texted them at 11:01 to see if they were still coming. I got a text back at 4:53 that day that they couldn't make it. To me as a working professional keeping meetings its business 101 and making sure you keep your obligations is key. Once I am ok with. But I have had 3 bad experiences with missed expectations. So based on what has happened to me here, I cannot recommend a company that doesn't respect my time. I called and they gave me 100 back. I did ask for a refund as to me I was willing to just it pass and deem it wasn't a good fit, let bygones be bygones. I even offered to pay for the work that they did (or subtract it from the 5 year agreement). However they refused. This is why I am writing a review.
