They were great, fantastice to work with. They were on time, courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They kept all the rottens out. They provided guarantee to their service. They did a great.

The estimate itself went smooth. However, the follow-through has been horrible. I was informed by Jonathan that he would email me the estimate. After multiple calls and texts, I have still not received it. I would never choose this company because of the lack of follow through, as well as the high-pressure sales pitch that if you schedule it today, you could get a better discount. That tells me they either 1), work on commission, or 2), are struggling for business. The final straw, is that they only have a general contractors B license per the California state contractors license board. They do not have a C -2 insulation license. I am big on hiring licensed professionals in their trade. If I was scheduled for a cardiac procedure, I wouldn’t want a gastroenterologist. Even though Attic Pros may be able to perform such trade, I will not accept that they misrepresent their business as being licensed. Contractors came before many things, but I’d rather hire someone who is licensed in the insulation trade if I want insulation work done.

They are very competitive when it comes to pricing. It was one of the best experience we ever had. They were very thorough and communication went very well. They contacted me before they came out and told me what time they will be here. They don't rush the job, they take time to finish the job. They are the best company.

They did a pretty good job cleaning out the attic space, although for $3,000 I expected all of the rat droppings to be gone. There were still some rat droppings and old rat crud in the attic, but they got 80% or more of the rest, there was a lot. They spent very little time under the house “sanitizing” and removing rat crud (over charged for this). They did a good job of installing the batting/insulation in the attic space, however they left some gaps and missed a few places, so I called them and they came right back to fix it. I also found that they had removed a duct for the kitchen exhaust fan and covered (with insulation) two of my bathroom exhaust fans. I had to have another contractor come out to repair the kitchen exhaust fan ducting. I did a thorough inspection, as all homeowners should! However, they did not insulate the walls, as stated in the quote. It turned out the John had meant something else in the ceiling space, not the walls, although he confused me when creating the quote. The owner knocked off $270 from the $11,500, and also offered another $230 if I paid by check vs credit card, for a total of $500 discount. I paid $2600 for insulation in the walls, I got ZERO, and he reduced the price by $500 and made me pay by check. That's a big F for fail in my book. I also, repeatedly, stated that I did not want any blown-in insulation in the attic space and that is what they did. It was not necessary either, as they installed batting insulation over it. Now it is falling out of my bathroom exhaust fan. The rodent proofing service and 5-year warranty they provide is outstanding! This definitely boosted their rating. They did not find all of the places where the rats were coming in, so I helped them locate them (this is typical, no one gets all of the holes the first time through). They returned several times to cover any holes I discovered with heavy metal mesh that rats cannot chew through. They set traps, checked the traps, removed dead rats, reset traps, covered holes and monitored until all rats were gone and not returning. Excellent, excellent job. And I am still under their 5-year warranty for a couple more years. John did a great job of following up with me and responding quickly, which is great customer service, so I factored that into my review. Overall, I feel that Attic Pros over committed and under delivered on the insulation, although they made up for part of it through their rodent proofing service. I strongly encourage all homeowners to inspect the work your contractor does! Inspect, inspect, inspect. That is our job 😊

Went wonderfully! Friendly, swift, genuine, hard working, clean, considerate and responsible- from my first interactions with Attic Pros from initial phone call, first meeting with technician David to having Julio, Isaiah and their crew of 3 guys do a full attic cleansing and installation of new ducts and seal off any entrances to the attic and crawl space. They initially scheduled 2 days for the work, however the day of, a crew of 5 guys and 2 trucks came and worked for about 6 hours and got the job done! Very thankful as I had 2 young children with me. They provided good photos and videos of the "before" and "after" and were impressively clean and tidy inside and outside the house. Very much recommended!

The workers were extremely polite and efficient. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and sealing holes. They were on time and very professional.

The work was performed by Uri, Armando and Daniel. They arrived as planned. They were professional, responsible, friendly and very competent. They were detailed oriented and provided amazing before and after pictures. They answered all of my questions. They left my home clean and removed all of the old pipes and trash. I am delighted with their work. I do not believe anyone could have done it better. When I turned the air conditioning on I immediately noted that the air is clean and evenly distributed throughout my home. Now I will no longer have the allergies, and headaches that were the result of my air conditioning disconnected, rusty and dirty ducts and dirty crawl space. No doubt my electric bills will also decrease. To top of this WOW experience, I also have a 5 year warranty. Thanks Attic Pros! You are the BEST!

They were cordial, they came in on time, they did the work, they showed us all the pictures that they took for every step of the way. I thought they did a pretty good job.
