Description of Work: Angelisse helped finalize the exterior colors for new siding and new porch - she did a great job - I will use her again when the interior colors need to be selected.

Description of Work: Angelisse nearly instantly provided a color combination for the exterior of my house that I love. She followed up as she said with color chips and provided paint purchase advice. I wish I was picking interior colors right now so she could help with that too.

Description of Work: Angelisse assisted us in selecting the interior colors for the inside of our 1908 Colonial Revival home in Alameda. We found her to be very knowledgable and professional. She took our personal tastes, the age of the home, and our design theme all into account and came up with wonderful color choices that we could not have selected on our own. She is very well versed in color theory and how our lighting effected the new color choices,. Angelisse did not waste alot of our time. She "hit the ground running" and started right in on selecting colors for our home (we appreciated that very much). Angelisse also helped us out with some interior design questions we had about ourupcoming kitchen and bath remodels. She offered suggestions about what to do with layout, cabinetry, and tile choices. We will definately ask her to come back to help "fine tune" our material choices for the kitchen and bath and of course our paint colors.

Description of Work: Angelisse was great. We hired her to help us with the "retro" kitchen in our new home, which had turquoise formica countertops, yellowish wood cabinets, linoleum with muted pink, turquoise and taupe accents, and walls that had been painted a dull taupe. We can't afford a complete remodel, so we were looking for inspiration on how to make affordable changes that would tide us over and make it liveable until we could remodel. We were also looking for some ideas for our family room, whether we should add a bathroom, raise the ceiling, things like that, but this was secondary to the kitchen. Without going into too much detail, Angelisse gave us a number of great ideas, then helped us pick out colors to paint the kitchen cabinets and walls, explaining why she was making the choices she was, which helped me learn some basics in interior design/decor (I am hopeless). She was also able to recommend trustworthy people in case we decided to go further with the family room, and a painter, who we hired, and who did a fabulous job.
