Description of Work: My first dealing with Alcatraz went well as did the installation of the window shades. I recently called to discuss installing a final shade and found they did not have measurements for the earlier installation which would have helped for this final order. Their costs to measure and install a shade were exorbitant, more than the cost of the shade, and their approach and manner were off-hand and not at all helpful.
