Andre Gillyard of AG Media Solutions was a delight to work with. He was deliberate and thoughtful when evaluating the surveillance needs for our home. Mr. Gillyard recommended a QSee system, which I was coincidentally able to purchase at Costco. The installation was lengthy (the better part of three work days), so allow sufficient time. |Mr. Gillyard dropped by yesterday to make sure everything was working satisfactorily and answered my questions about how to access the recordings on the DVR. Great guy, professional, neat and tidy. Highly recommend.

January 2015: Well, it was time for a bit of maintenance, a few changes, and a couple of upgrades, and once again "Andre the Camera Guy" didn't disappoint. He is always planning things in his head, not to do it fast and get it finished, but to make things look and work way better. Since he was moving my security camera DVR to a shelf in a small closet, he also put my cable modem, router, and small server there too, cleaning up and replacing wiring as he went. Not only will everything be consolidated, it will look neat outside the closet and elsewhere, and be easier to get to (for me), and easier to work with (for him). I'm really happy the way this latest job is going. The outcome will be a neater home office, a better security camera system, faster ethernet and wifi, and the perfect place to start the next project. And, I'm able to see everything on my TVs, computers, tablet and smartphone. I wish I could give Andre and AG Media Solutions a grade of A+ and 10 stars! January 2012: From the beginning to the end, Andre explained every detail, kept me informed along the way, and provided multiple sources for me to get the best prices for what I needed. He works on his own, so he's not a big corporation or a salesman out to get a buck. He studied my premises, wrote up a well-thought-out plan, went over every detail with me, didn't rush the installation, made sure everything worked as planned, the stereo sound was perfect and the camera angles left no areas uncovered. He ran extra feeds to my office, bedroom and kitchen TVs, so I can see every inch of my property, which gave me peace of mind. I can be alerted when unusual motion is detected and I can see everything from anywhere on my PC, laptop and cell phone. He was very patient and programmed everything for me. I've been so impressed, I'm having him install security cameras and a stereo system in my office this month. I referred Andre to a friend for the same thing and they're thrilled with him and his work.
