+ 0 moreAfter interviewing eight general contractors and builders, collecting quotes, driving by properties, and comparing references – we regret to say we selected another contractor’s team for our home project. All the contractors and builders we interviewed were found on Angie's List - a truly awesome group. The choice was difficult as everyone brought excellence. We would consider Adriatic Builders again for this home in Livermore or other projects in the Bay Area.
Description of Work: Dejan and company came out to look at our plans and project site for a major remodel project in Livermore, CA. Adriatic Builders prepared a quotation for our review and discussed our plans (prepared by others) with us - providing recommendations, advice, and explaining their process. They spent as much time as we needed and answered all our items and follow up questions.

+ 7 moreDejan (Dan) called soon after I left a message for him, came out the next day, and began work on this small project the day after that. The contract allowed up to 2 weeks, but they finished it in 2 days. The contract was straightforward. Dan, his father, and the other 2 workers were all very pleasant to have around working. I paid for materials and this was an excellent value for the amount of work they did. I wished that I had looked at their internet site and asked them to bid before my kitchen was remodeled.
Description of Work: They installed more lights and outlets in the garage, insulated it, installed 12 sheets of drywall, performed single pass "1 hand" tape and mudding, repaired a gas line leak, and after I painted they brought my old kitchen cabinets in and installed them, then and hauled away a truckload of my other construction trash as well as cleaning up after their own work.
