Greg promptly returned my phone call and scheduled my move within the same week. He and his partner arrived at the agreed upon time and moved my piano efficiently and professionally, relocating it within my home exactly as requested. Both Greg and his partner were very pleasant and courteous and the final cost was exactly as the very reasonably quoted up front price. I highly recommend AA McCrea's Piano Moving and they will be my and quot;go toand quot; piano movers in the future.

Everything went according to plan.

Easy to call and set up an appointment. I got the price quote with the first call (Greg was very patient explaining different options of storage and across-state moving [which they don't do -- gave me a referral for this]). Then when I was ready to move the piano, I called again and got an appointment the next day (usually within 3 days, I was told). They were running behind schedule on the day they moved the piano, so the move happened a couple of hours later than originally scheduled. But they were thoroughly professional, careful of floors and surrounding furniture, and most impressively, calm and strategic (Going up the stairs, they worked in short, coordinated bursts of moving, using 3 guys -- much less scary than the "heave-ho" antics of 2 guys we've had before...). Overall, extremely professional piano movers -- definitely will use them again.
