Description of Work: He ran new cable lines from the downstairs to three rooms upstairs. I did feel like he could've thrown in a little discount because two of the rooms were very close together and therefore required less work. The first job was for sure going to be 400 because it was very complicated due to the very old structure of my house . He did an excellent job though and it looks great and he was very efficient and professional and kind . It was also easy to get a hold of him and he was flexible with the timing

Description of Work: A top quality company owned by Mr. Joel Salinas - a retired At&t employee. He is an expert in his field and was able to restore my telephone wiring when the at&t lineman didn't have a clue. He even works on some Sundays. Very pleasant gentleman to work with.

Description of Work: The gentleman is a retired AT&T technician. Arrived when he said would. Very informative evaluation of our situation; didn't try to sell more expensive services. Did a little damage to a floor, but cut the bill accordingly. Came back when there was a missing dial tone that wasn't missing when he left the first time without making an additional charge.

Description of Work: Joel Salinas is a first-rate professional and an incredibly nice man. Having worked for AT&T as a repair expert, he knows his business. I called him in desperation (reading about him on Angie's List) when my elderly parents' landline phone service died. Despite what I'd been told by AT&T (that their "line into the house was working fine, so the problem must be internal to the house wiring and/or equipment and was, therefore the owner's responsibility," Joel immediately determined that it WAS AT&T's problem, called them on the spot, spoke with their tech support people and arranged an appointment for AT&T to fix the problem at no cost to parents. My only problem is that AT&T never showed up and when I called them (on a cell phone) to ask when they were coming, they blithely told me that they had already fixed their line (the repair did not require them to come to the house). So I'm out the $175 flat fee to Joel (he came from the east bay to my parents' home in San Rafael), but had he not come, I would never have known that the problem was truly AT&T's to fix. Thank you, Joel!

Description of Work: This is a one-man operation, as described in other reviews. He was pretty awesome. I needed to have some CAT-5 cable strung up from a room by my garage and under my house to my living room. The crawl space underneath is pretty narrow but he was able to make it work, and he installed a jack exactly where I needed it to be. Looks great, and I think the whole gig only took him about 45 minutes.
