+ -1 moreHe was my main contractor and over saw everything on the house. He installed lights, hired a painter, installed my appliances and oversaw everything. He fixed part of my deck. He is very nice. He is just very prompt, easy to work with and does good work.
Description of Work: Steve Young Construction was my main contractor for everything, I bought a foreclosure house.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with the professional job Steve Young did. it's difficult to find someone in the mountain area who is honest, ethical, keeps to his schedule, works with his clients, recognizing their needs, and communicates! I will be glad to recommend him and his work and look forward to employing his services him in the future.
Description of Work: Steve did a wonderful job of correcting and improving a previously constructed half-completed porch/deck. The previous person we hired took months, and unfortunately (and stupidly) I paid him before the work was completed, which he never did. Steve came in and drew up plans, working with both our needs and finances, assessing the previous work and utilizing the materials that were in place, upgrading areas for safety. We now have a wonderful covered handicap ramp that leads to our front door, as well as a covered front porch. his work is amazing. He is courteous and professional. He also installed handicap grab rails in our bathroom in the shower, added a sturdy handrail by the stairs and put lattice around our propane tank. The finished job is amazing. He even added a surprise extra touch -- solar lights on the posts at the beginning of the handicap ramp. Wonderful, professional job.
