Description of Work: Supplied and installed a new garage door opener.

Description of Work: Remodel of a 50 year old pecky cedar lined cabin. Items renovated during the project were: Kitchen: redesigned traffic flow by moving entry door and rearranging kitchen layout, custom knotty alder cabinets, new plumbing, counter tops/fixtures/sink to compliment owner's primitive interior design collection, cedar patched and matched existing aged cedar to conceal re-design HVAC system: redesigned existing loft to configure all new heating and air system for the cabin. The resulting loft "suite" is cozier and more finished as a guest room as a result of all the built-ins used to conceal the HVAC unit. Great room: new wood floor throughout and removal of old propane heating system, evaporative cooler, vents etc. The pecky cedar was repaired seamlessly to the existing aged wood on all the walls of the cabin Bath: custom cabinets and counter top to match kitchen, wood floor, removal of old laminate wall covering, new plumbing/sink/fixtures to match primitive decor theme. New roof: two old layers of roofing, including paper, stripped down to wood and new roof installed. Area was left virtually trash and nail free during the entire process. New front porch elevation and side concrete walkway poured: to accommodate the new entry the front porch had to be redesigned and elevated. At the same time, an adjoining walkway was poured to cover the ground out to the laundry room area. Electrical panel: replaced old electrical panel to the cabin and upgrraded to current specs. At the same time, added generator panel for ease of access when power outages occur. Cabin siding: all surfaces effected by the additional of new venting, pipes, doors, panels and other items needed for new equipment was repainted or repaired to match existing exterior look of the cabin. Plumbing Upgrade: existing water heater relocated and new plumbing installed in kitchen and bath.
