Arrived at the scheduled time, ready to work. Joey gave me a brief but thorough rundown on his qualifications, their up-to-date certifications and rate of success using their black lab, Barretta to detect bed bugs. Well worth every penny spent for this service, which in my opinion was a bargain. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone with pest control needs. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Joey and Barretta! (no bed bugs detected, whew!) PS-A new law in California takes effect July 1, 2017 and will require all homes sold and apartments rented be certified bed bug free. Central Sierra Pest Control Inc has the only certified bed bug detection canine in the valley. You may want to hire this team of professionals before the demand exceeds supply. Other pest control companies provide this service but the cost I was quoted was 4 times the amount I paid Central Sierra.

Very prompt, extremely courteous, & did a great job blocking rodent entry points in unobtrusive manner. Have not heard rats since.

They came out I think within a couple of weeks. There were no additional costs. I thought I would get some more information about my trees, one tree in particular that I wanted to know if it was diseased or not. He did not seem that knowledgeable about the Redwood, like the actual, like an Arborist would know all about the trade. He knew more about landscaping or taking care of them, trimming, that kind of thing. I can't really remember back then if they had had to reschedule at one time or not, I can't really say with certainty on that one. I probably would not use them again unless maybe I had some big trees that need taken out and I wanted to get a price but if I was trying to get different price estimates, yeah I would use them to try to, you know, see what their price was.

Same day service. I called in the morning and he was here in the afternoon and took care of my ant problem. Can't thank him enough for such prompt service as my ant problem was getting worse everyday.

I was disappointed with the service to be honest. I spoke with Juli and they aren't in the same city so I had to wait for them to schedule a trip which sounded like a hassle. On the phone I was quoted on price, when the technician arrived the price had gone up. I didn't want the whole house checked, just a mattress I had purchased used. To check the one room it was half the cost of checking an entire house. In the future I will find someone closer and who will not overcharge for services.

Shaun with Central Sierra did such a great job. He is very thorough and takes pride in his work. He not only came and inspected my home for bats but, he also inspected for any other possible wildlife entry points. Once I accepted his estimate he was very quick to begin the work and had it finished in 1 day. He did such an awesome job and has such a great, friendly, and professional attitude. I would definitely recommend Central Sierra for wildlife needs. Thank you Shaun and Central Sierra for all you do!

He came out the same day and sprayed for ants. He also went to a friends house after he was done and talked to her about what she needed. She also found him very knowledgeable and helpful, she was impressed. She will be calling him back in the future. He will return next month to spray again. I am already seeing the mounds of dead ants where he told me they would probably appear and at the time he said it would happen. He knows what he's doing and what he's talking about.

They worked tirelessly clearing the land and spraying our property for pests. Excellent customer service and quality work. They did such a great job that we will use the service on an ongoing basis to maintain our property. The quality of work is way better then we could have ever expected.

Im a city girl who hates bugs, so when we moved to Coarsegold, pest control was high on my list of priorities. We found this company in the phone book, set up a monthly service, and have been happy with them for the past six years. On the few occasions that we have had special requests, they have always been very accommodating with no extra charge. Very friendly and reliable, too!

We have been on a monthly service with Sierra Pest Control for over five years now. They are friendly and very reliable, and most important to this city girl, have kept our home pest-free. We heartily refer them to friends and neighbors.

I am very happy with them and have been using them for 12 years. If I have a problem they are out here the next day and I will always use them.

I like the fact they are reliable. We have them on a monthly basis. If we have problems between visits they will come back out. Although, we've only needed them to do that once since we stared with them. I think their pricing is fair.
