Mono Winds damaged our riser and weatherhead that extends from the meter/breaker box, plus the powerline was tore out Monday due to tree falling on line, Called Tuesday morning and by that afternoon the hardware was replaced. Andrew's electric coordinated with the county for inspection Wednesday and contacted PGE to replace downed powerline. We had power that night. The best experience for us to date. Highly recommended for your electrical needs. Thank you for a great experience,the service techs were exceptional.

Work was scheduled. Technician did not show up and I was not called to schedule a new appointment. I had cancelled previous plans and wasted my whole day waiting. They do not return calls. When I finally reached the owner, he said if I wasn't happy - find a new contractor.

Excellent. Very quick, proficient work performed. Arrived on time and immediately got to work. Was impressed with the speed the jobs were completed. Police, professional technician. When we unboxed the ceiling fan, we discovered the globe was broken. Anthony wrote me a note to take to the retailer explaining it was broken when he removed it from the box so there would be no question. Very pleased with Andrew's Electric. Price was very reasonable.

Service person was very conscientious and checked all the effected outlets prior to changing the breaker to rule out a problem with the outlet or light switch.

Very happy with result. Had to call a couple times to find out when they would come out to finish as it took a while for them to find and receive parts..Installer was friendly and professional. Work was done efficiently when correct parts were obtained. I was always able to talk to the boss when I did call, so I never worried about the job getting done but would have appreciated them calling me. I think the price was good as LEDparts are expensive and we upgraded to a pretty sophisticated piece of equipment.

The main part of the severed line was left dug up from the original accidental severing of the line, but it did require some light extra digging on each side to complete the fix. The invoice indicates it took two people 2.5 hours to (dig what I estimate was about 1 foot in each direction) and to re-splice the line. This does seem a little extreme for a relatively minor fix. On the positive side, the work is generally very well done. Unfortunately, the last several calls have had rather shockingly high price tags and for that reason alone, this was probably the last time we will use them.

They were able to find a connection issue and fix it quickly.

They were extra helpful in the whole roofing and Heating/air condition update on our home. They worked with other contractors to change electrical to meet the need of new items. Came out when needed to get the job done for other items to be installed. Answered questions and solved electrical problems. Worked with other contractors' schedules. Staff was friendly, new what was need and helped solve some of the space and layout of electrical needs.
