Patio Security Door

Came right out to give estimate and take measurements right away .We were impressed with the design on the product. Gave a 50% deposit. we were told it would take three weeks to get materials and build the products. Waited for 41/2 weeks , finally I called to ask how much longer, I was given a date of about 1 1/2 more weeks.. Waited no call, received no calls from the company to keep us update as to how much longer or if they were having problems. Finally after 10 weeks ! We called not happy with what was going on... Told us they would be out the following week to install... Day came ,installers showed up 2 hours late. all in all not impressed with customer service. I do like the fit on sliding door, the windows screen cover are less desirable , there are gaps between the screen and where it is attached to the wall. So big the my fingers can fit in between.

I contacted Michael, the owner of Patio Security Door and Ideas in Iron, and he knew exactly what I wanted. I emailed the photos and measurements and he was able to work around a few design challenges. He kept in touch as work progressed (didn't take very long at all) and today my door was installed. He went out of his way to work around my schedule. And, they arrived when they said they would, even though they had to deal with rush hour traffic, a long drive and a lot of rain. The installation was smooth as silk, and the work was done expertly and quickly. The crew was friendly and left my patio as clean as they found it. I highly recommend this company and their superior, one-of-a-kind patented product.
