+ -1 moreHe came out on a holiday weekend and returned the next day to complete the work. He didn't charge me any extra for holiday work like other companies wanted to. He is a local family owned business. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Examined outdoor air conditioning unit and diagnosed it to need a new motor. It was not under warranty. He said it would cost almost as much to get a new motor and install it as have him install an almost brand new, much more efficient air conditioning unit that he had in his yard. Gave me a written guarantee for two years. I have a much more efficient machine (as my elect. bill shows) and it is also a LOT quieter running! It's still running great a year later now!
