Mark showed up on time and was able to paint all the areas without any issues. I had other house work, supposed to be completed by our scheduled day, still going on when he was working. The previous uncompleted work also included small holes in the wall that Mark was able to patch and paint without additional charge. He handled the situation really well and was extremely professional.

After some deliberation, we decided to use another company, but would still recommend McCleary Painting based on our limited experience.

Mark and his assistant did a great job painting the outside of my house and my backyard patio. His price was reasonable and his work was thorough and complete. He was flexible with scheduling when my stucco guys ran longer than expected on their job, which is something you certainly can't say for all contractors. I would say he goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right. I would definitely recommend Mark McCleary Painting to others.

This job took 2 days (7 am to 3 pm on one day and 7 am to 1 pm on another day). They had estimated 2 to 3 days and finished in good time. Both the workers were courteous and arrived on time. In one of the smaller bedrooms, we had some wall paper along the ceiling that needed to be taken out. They removed this and sealed up all the holes. In the master bedroom, there was a crack in the dry wall which they patched up. All the doors were sanded a little bit and 2 coats of paint was applied. All in all, we were very happy with the end result and we will use them again in the future.

It was a positive experience, I just decided not to go with them. They were very professional. Their quote took a little long to get. It was somewhat competitive a little bit on my side.

Called for a quote and he didn't show up or call. I've used him in the past and he does great work and is timely and sticks to his budget. Just didn't follow through on the request. I think he is so busy that little jobs get lost in his schedule. I'm amending this review because Mark McCleary stopped by my house to follow up on my initial review. He showed me his paper work on the request and he had transposed a number in my call back number and was unable to contact me. I'm changing his overall rating from F to a B. He has always done quality work for me. I was impressed, that based on his concern about his reputation, he took the time to speak with me in person about my original rating. I would not hesitate to use McCleary Painting again. Please give McCleary Painting a try.

The job went very well. Both Mark and Joshua showed up in a timely manner every day. They work very quickly and efficiently. They always cleaned up well at the end of each day. They finished the job in the time expected and I would definitely hire them again and recommend Mark and his company to anyone.

Mark set up a date for an estimate and arrived on time. He was brief and pleasant and after telling him what I needed done, said he would send me an estimate by email. He did that within the same day. After several other estimates, I decided to go with a personal referral. Mark's bid was competitive and I have no doubt he would have done a good job.

McCleary arrived on time for his estimate. Performed a walk through with me discussing what I wanted done. The estimate was than emailed to me two days later. I found him very professional and friendly.

I have used McCleary Painting several times for painting services. They show up on time, are clean, did all I asked and more. They painted the exterior of my historic home in five different colors. They performed repairs to complete the paint job as needed. The price was extremely good compared to other companies.

They worked 5 hours and all they have been painted very precisely and perfectly. They did not get any paint stains on our house and I really appreciate their accuracy of the paint job.

I called Mark about 10 months ago and arranged for a paint quote. I also received estimates from five other Angie's List painting contractors and 2 yelp contractors. I called Mark in early July and scheduled a painting appointment for mid August. Mark's estimate wasn't the cheapest, but certainly by any measure provided me with the MOST VALUE. Painting contractors are a dime a dozen, but true professionals like Mark are indeed a rare breed. Mark has over two decades of painting experience and is very well reviewed on Angie's List and Yelp. I was also impressed by Mark's character - calm, professional and very knowledgeable. I like dealing with business owners and not salespeople. Mark is a no nonsense pragmatic business owner, who stands by his work. Too many companies send over their and quot;wet behind the earsand quot; salespeople to give quotes. Mark personally showed up. I was also very impressed by his team - Juan and Joshua. The guys were courteous, focused, efficient and diligent. I can tell Mark has taken great care in selecting team members his clients would feel comfortable having in their home. My interior painting job was complicated by my interior designer's suggestions of color. Even though my interior designer displayed a rather feisty attitude towards him, he remained calm and professional towards her. After Mark and his team started to put up my designer's color scheme, I realized the colors were atrocious. I turned to Mark and asked for his advice. I liked what he suggested and implemented his plan. He was very calm and professional when I scraped plan A and switched to plan B. His levelheadedness suggests , he has dealt with far more serious calamities. The McCleary team finished the job as promised. Mark came back early Saturday morning to go over his work. He and I then walked the entire house to make certain the job was done to my complete satisfaction. Mark takes great pride in his work and will do what is necessary to get the job done right. Mark will certainly receive my business in the future. He doesn't take the money and run. He makes sure he a has a happy client.
