First off, they showed up to give an appraisal! We had called three or four others, one wanted nothing to do with the job, didn't think the tree would pose any further threat to us although half of the tree had broken off during an earlier storm; another was going to stop by that afternoon & never showed, as well as no response from the others we had called. They were professional, did not compromise the safety of their workers and carefully considered their moves to protect our buildings. They were punctual in the dates confirmed for the work and completed their job in a timely and orderly manner. We couldn't have had anyone better for the job!

Matt did an amazing job cutting and trimming 15 of our large trees. When we contacted him, he came out to our home and gave us a free estimate which was very reasonable. He was very professional and easy to work with. Matt arrived on time on the scheduled date and completed the job in a timely manner. All of the debris was cleaned up and removed promptly. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs tree service. I know that I will be contacting Matt in the future.

From beginning of project to the end including clean up was done in a timely fashion as he promised. This is our second project with Matt, and I am planning on more project in the future.

His team was in and out with everything cleaned up in about 2.5 hours.

It all went very well, from first contact to end of job. We had to tweak the schedule (like its no use coming when they're dropping off kids at the school across the street)) and they still did everything on time. They showed up with a full crew, all the tools and a mulcher. The tree was in among some other landscaping, plants, the neighbor's lot line, and they took it down quickly and without disturbing anything. As almost an afterthought, I asked if they could cut it to fireplace size, which they did without any fuss, and even stacked it in the carport. When they were done, they cleaned up the yard, sidewalk, gutter, everything. They left hardly a spec of sawdust. I was impressed and very pleased with the whole job. Their estimate was reasonable for the work, and their work and professionalism were outstanding. I would definitely recommend them and use them again (if I had any more trees).

Excellent, timely work. This is the second time we have used Lone Oak Tree Service. Matt and his crew did an excellent job. Price included hauling away all refuse. They left the back yard free of all debris. They even skimmed and cleaned the pool out before they left!

He did a fantastic job getting our tree back on track . He knows what he is doing and we learned a lot from him about tree trimming! It was amazing how he did everything. And he cleaned up and took all the trimmings with him. I wasn't sure until this spring how it was going to look but it's fantastic! I would call him again when needed and highly recommend to others.

Matt Hanko is great! He is the owner of this business and did a wonderful job. He was on time and gave me an estimate quickly. He even went to my neighbors to explain what the plan was and to obtain their consent. Absolutely pleased with everything throughout this process!
