+ -1 moreThe remodel went pretty well, however the follow up service has been terrible. We had soft close hinges installed and one of the failed, We asked for the part number to replace it and were to it was under warranty, it has been a year with many requests and it still has not been replaced. These people have the worst customer service ever. I would not recommend them to anyone who expects good customer service.

+ -1 moreSee above, new kitchen, totally. They will not fix their mistakes or parts that never worked right. Don't call back just give you the BS, and then nothing!! I have been wasting my breath and time.
Description of Work: Kitchen cabinets granite, and sink. New faucet, that cost over 500.00 was faulty since it was put in. Johnny, Terry's brother tried to fix but didn't. Have called since this leaky faucet STILL leaks, and have gotten the run around. They never show up or call, but act like they are on it. NOT! Would be very happy if they cared, but seems like they do not and do not bother to call back. totally mad as I seem not to matter at this point. I have a store (feed store)and have recommended them to others but now will not...go tmy money and could care less it seems. They live in Copperopolis, California now. Their shop is in Oakdale, California. I very un happy at this point!

+ -1 moreThe guy from Kitchen & Bath Direct was willing to work with us he was listening to my design intake. He’s been more than willing to take into consideration of the things that I want. Their pictures don’t look like it was dressed up or fake. It was just comfortable and it looks like a good job. I like their designs. He is very professional and he definitely knew what he was doing. He was specific in taking measurements. Their actual business was kind of disappointing because they were not organized.
Description of Work: I asked Kitchen & Bath Direct to do an estimate to remodel my kitchen.
