The owner and employees were very nice and polite. However punctuality, neatness and honesty are not part of the package. He was late for all appointments (by hours not minutes.) Even brought his young child on several occasions and had her running around my yard and playing with my dog. (Luckily he's friendly) My estimate and contract both stated new redwood fence and gate and removal of old fence. I received a half new and half used fence. (Yes used redwood panels!!) When I asked him for new redwood panels, which is what we agreed too, he said he would only replace with cedar which is worse than the used panels he installed. The used panels were cracked, and new panels had sap and large holes in them. The fence is also not level and the supports are not cosmetically correct with some going across the very top and others a foot down. Nails also coming out and pointing out which are a safety hazard which were NEVER corrected after I asked. He also cut my front fence support and left broken supports, so I know I will need more fencing done after the next storm. He also said he would spray the fence to hide the inconsistencies, which NEVER happened! I finally just told them to leave and not come back. The damage to my posts and good parts of my fence were not worth him returning to finish what he said he would do. We agreed to an RV access gate. The first gate was a section of my broken fence with a handle and a wheel and a hinge to open it with! It was large enough for a very small, compact car or hot wheel, and he had half my entrance nailed shut including the gate that was already there! They also installed the opening bracket on the outside, so anyone walking down the street could just walk over and open the gate. He thought that would be acceptable. (**He did replace it with a beautiful gate after I made it clear it was not acceptable and not what we agreed too.) The 2 day project ended up being 4 days! I finally told him not to return. Most of the old fence was removed, however they left a large panel and lots of scrap wood and trash were left in my yard. I even had cigarette butts left in my backyard. He also made me feel like I was a complete idiot by talking down to me and changing what he said he was doing and making false promises. Each time he returned the problems seemed to get worse. He also is a good salesman wanting to charge me more for everything and trying to add charges after he started the project!

Work was not completed on time. Cabinets were not finished correctly. My paint is already peeling off. Detail work near ceilings are not clean edges. Did not cover my brand new furniture before sanding my kitchen. Left huge messes during entire job, food wrappers, etc. would not recommend.
Description of Work: Refinished my kitchen cabinets, repainted my walls in my entire house.
