CUSTOM MAIDS HOUSE CLEANING

totally screwed up my tile in three rooms by using an astringent that turned the grout white the tile a powdered white, had to be told to put the chairs on table to mop, did not move the hamper in bathroom to clean behind it. omg now I am stuck with a disaster four days before my husbands funeral

Let me first say, I originally bought 3 months of service as a Christmas gift for my Wife. We both work full time and thought it would be nice for her not to worry about the house for a while. The weekdays are already jammed pack with activities and to do's. Much less the Weekends are even more jammed packed with just trying to catch up from the busy week. We have had maid services in the past, ( Molly) ( Merry ) and ( Service Master) . NONE have even come close to the level of service Laurie and her crew provide ! HANDS DOWN ! The best service in tne entire valley ! We loved their service so much we opted to keep thier service ongoing ! Thier attention to detail is the most Impressive thing ! They not only provide all the normal things you would expect. And my Wife and I are anal about how certain things are cleaned, and they are sometimes evev motre anal than we are, but they also do alot of extras you would not expect, like line up all my Daughters dolls on her bed, ( She gets a kick out of that ) . All the little things they do we notice, and adds to the personal touch that makes them the BEST!!! Laurie and her crew provide a very very safe and secure service as well, they do not leave until the entire house is secured and alarms are set. Convenience is there game and they do it WELL !!!

My overall experience with their services was satisfactory. Their punctuality and quality of service was satisfactory.
