BORDONA'S OAKDALE FURNITURE TV

Description of Work: We purchased $9000 worth of lazyboy furniture from Bordonas. The expensive leather furniture had many defects and problems. Bordonas came out several times to correct the problems. We were unhappy with the quality and Bordonas took the furniture back and reordered the same furniture. We had the replacement furniture for approximately 6 months and had similar problems. The furniture was not wearing well and had several problems of not being put together correctly. One piece a rocker recliner sound like a train going down railroad tracks when someone sat in it. Bordonas had come out several times to fix issues. Brackets were install backwards, the seat backs were not installed correctly and not locked into place. We finally had enough and told Bordonas we wanted out money back and he could have his high dollar lazy boy furniture back. This is furniture that has the lazy boy warrantee. Ron at Bordonas said he would take the furniture back and charge us a restocking fee. So we are paying a $1000 restocking fee for defective lazy boy furniture.
