On Wednesday evening, Mike came out to my newly purchased home after I arrived there from work and measured the two bedrooms. He went over options and brought me their in stock samples. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me several do’s and don’ts to help keep my carpet looking fresh and new. He also busted a myth on how to keep your carpet ‘cleaner’. Most people believe no shoes on carpet to keep it clean, but people should talk to Mike because he’d tell you that walking barefoot is worse! The oils from your feet stick in the carpet and that’s how you end up with dirty looking walk paths. He said to where ‘house shoes’ that are only worn in the house and that’ll cut down on your dirty walk ways! On Thursday morning I had a young lady contact me to schedule the install which to my surprise was Friday morning! My pregnant dog went into labor that morning when they came to do the install. They were very professional and kept the noise down as much as they could to not disturb her in the other room. They did a wonderful job! I highly recommend them!!

Pleased by the large selection of flooring in their small showroom. Great individualized attention. Was impressed that their installers have been with them for 20+ years. However, they were busy and sent out a different installer for my job. I assumed it was the long-time installer until I noticed air bubbles forming under the sheet vinyl/fiberglass several days later. By the end of two weeks there were so many bubbles that the owners decided to start over. They had their long-time installer tear out the mess and install new material. He had to come out one more time for a quick repair on some finish work, but the floor looks and feels great now. It was inconvenient for us, and an expensive for them, but the owners made it clear they would make things right, which was calming and appreciated.

I went down to the shop and the owner showed me samples. I invited him to come to my house so I could see the samples compared to my walls so he came there. He helped me pick out the right carpet, I have it and enjoyed it. He called me after he did the math to give me a price, I agreed to it and about 2 weeks later the carpet came in and a couple days later they installed it. It was a two day installation project. The carpet layers worked their tail off. It was a warm day, one of them was 70 years old and he was the best of the 3. They were independent contractors. I am totally satisfied. I'm guessing the price is probably a little high.
