Description of Work: I hired this company to do some basic gate repairs on existing 15' wide driveway gate in front yard and install a 4' wide gate on side yard. Both simple gate items were not repaired/installed correctly. Poor work was done. When I called them and informed them that things were not done right, they sent out their crew to correct the work. After their crew corrected the work, they then attempted to bill me for the work that was done even though the work that was being done was to correct the original work that was done incorrectly. They did offer to reduce the labor cost by 50% and after I complained about having to pay they offered me an additional $100 price reduction. After the 2nd attempt to correct the work, the work was not completed correctly and they had to come out a 3rd time to get the job done right. Even after their 3rd attempt to correct the poor work, there were things that weren't done completely right. At that point I didn't ask them to come out again.
