Shai called to me almost immediately after I submitted a service request in the morning through Angi and he was available to conduct a service call the same day, in the afternoon. I had an issue with my downstairs' Google Nest thermostat's power not working and consequently my AC being disabled. Shai troubleshooted, tested, and was able to get the transformer responsible for powering the Nest and the AC, back up and running in no time at all. I found Shai to be professional, communicative and friendly. Due to the positive experience, I decided to use Highland Air for Preventative Maintenance Service of my home's AC/Heating.

Emergency Air Conditioner service call. I had opened the unit and identified what I thought was the probable cause. He arrived at the promised time. He did a fairly thorough check of my 1975 AC unit and agreed with my diagnosis. Whole visit took maybe 45 minutes. And unlike so many other techs I have called in the past, he didnâ t whine too much about the age of the unit or insist that it has to be replaced. I will definitely use them again when I eventually replace it!
