Shai was terrific. He discovered an electrical problem and gave me the recommendation to call an electrician and he went out of his way to expose the water heater which was covered in the closet and boarded up. I was very pleased with his work and when the electricity problem gets solved he will be back again to fix the air conditioning !

You can stop looking for the right HVAC guy for your job. You just found him. I really feel blessed to have hired Shai for my job today. I have an old house and the wiring for my HVAC system is, for lack of a better word, crazy. Wires start off as one color then somehow end up as another color, furnace and ac wires spliced with, of all things, speaker wire... you get my drift. I'm fairly certain anyone else would have given up after seeing that mess, but Shai just rolled up his sleeves and started diagnosing. One by one, he located all the necessary wires and corrected what could have been a big mess. Not only that, but he was there the same day, and his prices are more than fair. If you've read this far, you can consider yourself blessed as well because you just found a talented, honest, and reasonably priced HVAC technician who won't stop till he fixes your problem. It would honestly be easier to find a unicorn. Hire him now and thank me later!

Shai is a classic example of why I prefer sole practitioners. His prices are reasonable and it was clear that he wants his customers to be happy. In my experience, many of the larger heating AC firms up sell things that people donâ t need. I have succeeded by judging people accurately. Shai is hard working, honest, and competent. Small business people like him should be supported. .
