Description of Work: Removed and rebuilt rear deck (removed old cement and brick motif and replaced w/ slate squares) and rebuilt trellis, removed old plants, installed new waterfall, removed old grass and sprinkler system, installed new system and re-sodded. Waterfall has worked well, essentially maintenance-free since install. Deck and trellis have held up very well. Overall, we're very pleased w/ the work and its quality.

Description of Work: Major irrigation line broke. Company contacted on a Sunday...they called back that day...scheduled, came out, and repaired following day. Many feet of 1.5" line well under grade needed to be replaced.
