Agoura painting SVC

Beware of their workmanship. 2 coats were not evenly distributed on stucco even after I pointed out many areas. He said it was shadows but any time of day it shows. Very noticeable. . Garage doors show signs of paint bubbling after 2weeks probably due to no primer used. Destroyed 5 plants in front garden and ruined hose but took no responsibility. After given the name and color swatch to paint the garage doors he brought samples of an entirely different color and convinced me it would be very close. It wasn’t. He wouldn’t repaint it without charging me even though I bought the correct paint. Seemingly a calm, easy going man but he shows limited customer service and professionalism.

We had Mike come out and provide an estimate to remove wallpaper and paint two rooms on April 17,2017. The wallpaper was removed on May 25,2017 by a lady who did an excellent job. Mike set a paint date for June 16,2017 or earlier, and would call by June 15,2017 to confirm the date or change it to June 19,2017. No call and he didn't respond to a text or phone call until June 16,2017. He apologised saying he was overbooked and would not do the work HE SCHEDULED! He offered no suggestions as to who could pick up his DISCARDED WORK. So, we start the process again. Conclusion, Mike picks and chooses work without regard to previously scheduled commitments. Keep your expectations low.

Everything went well. If there were any spots that needed additional attention they came right back out and took care of it. They also painted our deck while on the job. The crew is very experienced. This was the second time I'd used them and would use them again.

Arrived on time and date stated, and finished on date stated. Over all quality of work very good, and he used good quality paint (Dunn and Edwards). Were pleased with interior job, so had them do the outside trim of the house as well. Mike was personable and got back to us quickly when we called him. A couple of minor things needed attention after the job, and he returned promptly and fixed them. When getting a bid to paint a room, etc., be sure to state clearly whether ceiling, doors, etc. are included, as he bids each item separately. mike a number of suggestions that were helpful, such as use and "eggshell" finish on the walls that will look flat but has a more durable surface for cleaning. Overall, very pleased with the work

This company might be in financial trouble since they cannot afford to parktheir commercial vans in a dedicated/paid-for parking structure but instead, they terrorized us with the ugly view of their ill mainted and beat-up vans parked in front of our nice properties and beautiful neigborhood. If they cannot respect our way of living, how can they perform a job at our standards??? I am just wondering.... When I asked the driver politelly to move the car, he was inpolite and agressive - making sure "I owned" the property I was getting out of. How rude....
