I was referred to Accurate Inspection Services by my realtor. Bryan Poe was extremely professional and detail-oriented in the inspection of a possible town home investment. Bryan is very responsive, as he was able to inspect the day after he was requested and deliver his report the following day. He was very helpful and willing to answer all of our questions during the inspection. I would 100% use Bryan again and recommend him to anyone else looking for a professional home inspection.

Accurate Inspections Inc provided our home inspection at the recommendation of our real-estate agent. he arrived about 15 minutes after the scheduled time, however he did call to advise us that he was stuck in traffic, no big deal. the inspector (Mike Verlingo) was very through and very patient, he explained to us what it was he was looking for and how. he did not hesitate to jump into the room and look around. he was able to find a few repairs that needed to be done that could not be just "seen" in a walk through, which we were able to use during negotiations of the price of the home. there was only one repair we needed to do that he missed which was a small leak in the roof, but that would not be seen as it was a tear in the undelay under a tile. we would use Accurate Inspections Inc in the future.

Bryan from Accurate Inspection Services is as good as it gets. Buying a home can be a very daunting experience (especially for a first time buyer!). From the first email and phone call, Bryan has been very professional and friendly. Bryan put me at ease with his thorough inspection and the time he took to go through everything with us. He has offered to stay in touch with any other questions we had and offered referrals for items we needed done. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of an accurate, thorough inspection.
