+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. GENE CAME OUT ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED, WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND DID A GREAT JOB. MY COMPUTER WAS UP AND RUNNING AND FOR LESS THAN I THOUGHT I WOULD PAY.
Description of Work: I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY INTERNET SERVICE AND ALSO WANTED MY COMPUTER CHECKED FOR VIRUSES.

+ -1 moreI HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ACT. THEIR TECHNICIAN/INSTRUCTOR ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND DIDN'T LEAVE UNTIL I KNEW WHAT I WAS DOING. HE EVEN FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL.
Description of Work: I NEEDED SOME TRAINING ON MICROSOFT PRODUCTS. I NEEDED SPECIAL HELP WITH EXCEL.
