+ -1 moreI had excellent service with them. They are a family owned business and they are very professional. They were quick and came in and got a sample of the bugs and didn't even charge me. They also tell you what you need to do to prepare your home for spraying. I would highly recommend them. I have a lot of hope in them and think they will be able to fix my problem. This is the place to go and they will take care of you. They were very punctual and came the same day I called them. The company is outstanding.

They did a nice, thorough write-up and I knew exactly what work needed to be done, but honestly, I have not followed up to get the work done yet. The price for the inspection was good but the price for the work they proposed to have done seemed high and that is one of the reasons I didn't do it.

+ 0 moreIt went very well. They were friendly, professional and timely. They did what they said they would do and we had them perform an addtional inspection of the rest of the house to make sure we had no more surprises. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Western performed an inspection of debris coming from the woodwork around our fireplace and confirmed that we had termites and found where they were entering the crawl space. they gave us an estimate and scheduled an appointment promptly to treat for the termites.

Description of Work: TERMITE INSPECTION OF A NEW CONDO PURCHASE. THE WERE ON TIME ARRIVING TO THE ADDRESS AND HAD A PRINTED REPORT MAILED TO MY HOME AS WELL AS EMAILED THE FINAL REPORT WITHIN 1 WEEK.
