Terrible. Most unprofessional person I ever dealt with. He spent more time complaining about his employee's to me than actually doing any work. Bill Stiles was contracted to resurface my swimming pool. After signing the contract, I saw him twice. He sent his workers, but always said he would be there but never was. The unsupervised workers came late and left early everyday. Left their garbage all over my back yard. I had to call them to come back and clean up their mess. I called Bill and told him that I paid him to work and he needed to be here. He said he would, then kept finding excuses to take off. He ran the plumbing for the water filter across the entrance to the crawl space under the house. I made him come back and re-do it. His wiring job was aweful. Left exposed wiring and didn't seal the pump. I used my credit card to pay him. The contract said he would charge for the work when it was completed. He charged my account and the work was still not done. I finally fired him and disputed the bill with my credit card company who issued me a refund. Keep far far away from this guy.
