Property sold above listing price.

Crystal Oak Builders offers the following services: We offer Design/Build services. Taking your project from conception to completion. All internal remodeling. Kitchens, bath, flooring, painting all as a part of the hole. With projects as small as just a kitchen with bathroom Combo. Windows as part of the bigger project.
As well as specialty projects, such as ADU and Junior ADU… Garage conversions. If you have questions about other projects, please feel free to call us. After having An in-depth conversation about your project we can determine if we are a good fit for you.
Roofing, Windows, exterior framing, foundation. Generally anything to do with the outside of the house. Some of this work can be completed as part of a kitchen remodel… So it’s good to discuss it over the phone or in person. If you have questions in regards to whether or not, we may be able to take the project. Feel free to give us a call.
In regards to video or phone estimates. We may able to provide some preliminary information on a phone call or video call… But definitely the best. Most accurate detail of a proposal will be an in person visit.
