I've called Reggie twice and he's come out to my home. The first time he fixed the pipes that had air in them and only charged me for parts. He also suggested several things that I could do myself. The second time he came, he told me that the leak in the irrigation system could be fixed by my gardener at a much lower rate that his. He didn't charge me for coming to my home. I have a call into him right now for some work on the shower in the master bath.

It was great! He listened to what I'd already tried, so didn't repeat that stuff, and got right to the work. He cleaned up well, and didn't do a lot of time wasting chatting, as I have experienced with others (with the clock running). I thought the charges were fair and the service very professional. I will definitely call them again.

He was courteous, timely and reasonable.

I have a pedestal sink in the bathroom which needed to have the handles replaced. This meant that the sink had to be taken from the wall, the old handles removed, and new ones installed prior to replacing the sink on the wall and pedestal. Reggie completed the job and the sink is, once again, in great working order.

The job was fairly major and urgent, and we had received a bid from someone who was happy to take advantage of the situation. A friend recommended Reggie and from that point on we had a clear understanding of the job, a fair bid and a successful completion.

Our kitchen sink was draining very slowly, it was time to have the line snaked. Unfortunately, our older home does not have a cleanout. I called Reggie and left a message, he called back promptly and set an appointment. Reggie arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly, took apart the pipes under the sink, used his powered drain snake to clean the line (apparently he had to go 40 feet). It worked like a charm and our sink is back to good as new. He gave us great recommendations on helping to keep our older drain pipes in better condition (lots of enzyme cleaners) and to thin about upgrading our sewer lines to plastic in the near future to prevent these types of blockages. At any rate, he was fast, fair and professional. And his rates were reasonable. I would definitely call Reggie again when we need a plumber.

We had had Reggie out to it once previously when he had been able to unlock it and had on that occasion made no charge for his visit and service since it was only a small job. This time we needed a new unit. Reggie provided it and fitted it on a second visit. His charges were very reasonable, and his work is guaranteed for two years. He was very pleasant and professional throughout.

He was prompt and professional, and always very nice to my child. He also was cost conscious and has twice not charged me for small fixes. He is the kind of guy that inspires loyalty in a customer.

They are excellent. They have became our regular plumber. We had a problem with the sink because it kept dripping. After they looked at it they saw a much bigger problem. They were the only ones that would come out and fix it. They are very reasonable when it comes to price.

Reggie was professional, fast and with a Great price. His rates are resonable anyway and then he came ready and did the work fast. Some plumber said," It could be complicated, or Maybe 2+ hours..." Not Reggie, he got it done fast and resonably priced.

Reggie checked the water pressure and the pipes under the sink. He was going to replace a t-joint under the sink and then decided to change a piece in the faucet. He also noticed that my toilet ran from time-to-time. He replaced the floating device. He only charged me for parts; he didn't charge me for the call. Since Reggie was here, I haven't had any trouble with pipes or water presssure. I have noticed that other toilets in the house run and need to replace that part. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend him to friends.

My initial call to Reggie was to fix a leak beneath the sink. Yet, at the back of my mind my wife and I really wanted to replace a faulty (and noisy) toilet. Reggie fixed the leak (which another plumber had worked on) in 5 minutes. It stopped and hasn't leaked since. I asked Reggie about a new toilet. He answered my questions, gave me a catalog, and quoted a price. When we called back my wife had questions. He addressed those he could and also referred us to the manufacturer's web site. After our research we made an appointment to have Reggie install the toilet. Reggie came, removed the old toilet, installed the new one, sealed a crack at the base of the toilet and, sealed the base of the new toilet. Reggie cleaned up and took the old toilet away. Reggie does superb work and is very honest. We are delighted to have found Reggie!

Reggie removed two toliets that had been there for decades. The two new toliets had different footprints. Incredibly the installation on stone tiles was made without any perceptible marks or stains on the floor. This exceeded expectations dramatically. Reggie is a gifted plumber--a person of integrity and charm--who charges less than he deserves.

Reggie was prompt and efficient. I felt his charge was very reasonable. He came from 30 miles away and waived the travel fee. I would use him again because I did not feel hustled and the work good. He also provides a warranty.

Called right back and talked me through how to un-jam it myself. Saved me from a service charge. Would definitely call him for other plumbing problems. He is the first plumber I have called in the past few years that didn't charge me by the second just to talk to him.

I was experiencing a leak in my upstairs bathroom. When I first called Reggie's for an appointment, I was given some ideas on how to isolate the leak and perhaps fix the problem myself without charge. I was able to isolate the problem, but decided to call for help anyway. The plumber arrived promptly, figured out the problem leak quickly, and fixed it. As well, he was friendly and professional. I would absolutely return to Reggie's in the future if I need plumbing service.

Reggie has come out to help us several times for two jobs. He has always acted in our best interest. First of all, he saved us money when our water heater broke by walking us through the process of contacting the manufacturer re. the warranty. We would never have thought to do this, but he recognized the brand and figured it might still be under warranty, which is was. He also charged us so little compared to our last plumber that my husband gave him a tip! (He installed a new water heater.) The second time he came out when our sewer ejector pump stopped working. Reggie figured that it was clogged up from construction taking place on our street. Again, we wouldn't have assumed this, but he did and in the end, not only did he and his associates replace the pump (a big and complicated job for several reasons---old house with some pre-existingchallenges), but they had to do it twice because their supplier gave them the wrong pump which only came to light after it had been installed. This was clearly the fault of the supplier. Reggie's associates (really nice brothers) ultimately had to eat the labor costs of switching out the pump even though it was not their mistake. They truly made the best of a difficult situation. Finally, Reggie came out and unclogged the same pump for us (more clogs from the same construction) at no charge. Because Reggie tuned us in to the fact that our old and new pumps were most certainly being clogged by work done on our street's sewer, we contacted the city (S.F), made our case, and got reimbursed for the new pump and labor. He also answered several general plumbing questions along the way. Reggie is personable, professional and seems like someone who does not want to waste your time and money anymore than he wants to waste his own. Great guy.

It went well over all. They are more expensive than others, but they got the job done fast. I would say they were professional. I don't think they are very interested in other smaller jobs, I think they just like the bigger ones.

My wife accidentally dropped a plastic deodorant stick into the toilet and I couldn't auger it out. We called Reggie and he came out the next day to check it out. He quoted me a range of costs over the phone depending on how much work was required. He couldn't get it unblocked, so we needed a new toilet. He told me to pick one out at Home Depot and he picked it up 2 days later on his way over but did not charge any mark-up or for his driving time. We got the new toilet installed and the old one disposed of for a very fair price and in a short amount of time.
