Family owned and operated for over 40 years, Marin Kitchen Works is a multi-award-winning design-build firm serving Sonoma and Marin County, California. Founded by a passionate designer and her skilled father, Betty and Hubbard Sundborg built the legacy of Marin Kitchen Works on the foundation of quality design and craftsmanship. After years of working under Betty’s wing in the design department, a third generation of Sundborgs, brother and sister Eric and Emily, now craft timeless designs for new and recurring clients. Their father Scott runs each project with his close-knit team and skilled subcontractors. From concept to completion, Marin Kitchen Works brings expertise to every detail, ensuring the client’s space is transformed in a way that is functional, attractive, and timeless. Their use of detailed 3D renderings, showroom displays, and expansive sample inventory helps clients to envision their future space, ensuring clarity and precision throughout the design process. This job is only half-way done. The workmanship at this point has been fine. Had a decorative tile inserted in walls...looks great!

They have very high standards and they got everything in place so when the job started they were ready to go and didn't have to wait for anything to come in. They were hard working. They worked with me on changes. They did a great job. The price was on the higher end. I compared them with another company and it was actually going to be around the same. I didn’t go out of my way to compare prices.

My experience with this company was good. The company replaced some of the windows on the first job that they did. Then we ended up hiring them again to remodel my kitchen. They did an excellent job. They installed all of my appliances in the kitchen.
