Anthony's crew did high-quality work through a difficult situation. I recently had siding replaced on my house and needed it painted. The siding contractors finished later than I expected, and I didn't engage Anthony until October. Prior bookings and heavy rains meant he didn't start until December. Anthony's crew worked carefully through the cold and damp, painting in the warmest parts of each day and using heaters to ensure the paint would dry properly. We put the final trim work on pause until weather got better. Anthony actually took the initiative to contact me to come back and finish. Anthony talked with me every day, consulted with me about details, and took personal responsibility for making sure the job was done right. His crew was on time and worked diligently throughout. I think Anthony underestimated the time his crew needed consistently - even day-to-day. But quality was more important to me than speed.

Anthony & his team were a pleasure to work with and provided excellent quality painting. They made the process of a complete interior painting incredibly painless for me and family as we were actively living in the house as the work was done. Very professional and super accommodating. Best of all, our house looks new again!

It helps to document in detail everything the bid will cover. Fewer surprises this way. Leonis team also ably replaced rotted shingles and fence posts and gave excellent advice as to ongoing care. They are not cheap but their quality pays off in the long run. Would definitely hire again.

We are very happy with our newly painted deck. Anthony answers all questions with great detail and is very responsive. Our deck looks really great because Anthony went above and beyond to ensure a quality job was done. Anthony and Jose also wore masks and kept social distancing measures during the process.

At first, Anthony was responsive and was able to do the job in the specified timeframe. Although he was not able to quote the job in person, I sent him photos of my garage and he provided a quotation. After the work began, he said it was a lot more work than the photos indicated and would have to raise the price 10%. I paid. At the end of the job, there were some quality issues that I wanted to discuss with him and asked that he come in person to review. He cancelled 2-3 meetings and after a long tit for tat over text, we agreed that he would meet me on a Sunday morning....surprise - he was a no show. He had said over text that he could come by to look at it but couldn't put any more time and money into the job. I then sent him a long email with photos of the areas I was not satisfied with, and requested that he respond to me with some options, or I would have to provide a negative review on Home Advisor. Well, here we are. This is the email I sent him: What a disappointment that you didn't show up for our Sunday appointment. Let me show you the photos of issues that you state are NOT your fault. Please see the 11 attached photos. There are areas that simply didn't get enough coverage, and there are bubbles that then burst and now are little divots/craters. I know you don't understand why I didn't bring these concerns to your attention earlier, however as I stated more than once, when the floor was first finished, I didn't even go in there, wanting to give it as much curing time as possible before construction began. Once construction started, the floors were covered in heavy construction paper, making it impossible for me to notice any of these imperfections. The fact that you did not make money on this job is not my fault. I sent you pictures to quote from, certainly not trying to hide anything. Maybe it would have been wise to not start the job before you could see it but that is hindsight. Or maybe eat a bit on this job to keep a good customer who would rave about your work and use this job as a showcase. I will tell you that from our very first phone call and subsequent calls and texts, I liked you, was happy for you and your family, and was happy to support a more local business than the one that I had previously arranged to start the job the same week you started it, even though your quote came in $150 more than the other guys. And then you raised the price again, but I went with it. I have been an entrepreneur for years, with different businesses, and have always known that the customer is king, even sometimes at a loss. Without good customer service, good reviews and good customer feedback, a company never grows. I don't want that to happen to you. I am offering you one more opportunity to try and resolve this by meeting with me in my garage and providing me some options. If I don't receive a reasonable response from you, I unfortunately will need to leave a poor review on Home Advisor, which does not make me happy. So, although a very nice in the beginning and very communicative, when issues were brought to his attention, he shut down. He might be a great painter, but I would not hire him for an epoxy garage floor job. I am very disappointed.
