Description of Work: My house was in need of a thorough cleaning, especially of the wooden floors, baseboards, windowsills, tile floors, and lots of dust bunnies needed to be eliminated. In 5.5 hours, two very diligent housekeepers worked non-stop to clean a large home (3 bedrooms, including a very large master BR suite, living room, sun room, kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms (one of them a large master bath suite) with lots of dark wood floors and many windows. They weren't able to tackle a guest house (two small rooms and a bathroom) but that was understandable given the amount of work required for the main house. Our goal was to get the place at a baseline level to commence regular cleaning (every other week.)

Description of Work: A team of two cleaned our large house, which had not had a thorough cleaning for many months. They mopped, vacuumed, dusted, and scrubbed: tile floors, carpets, bathrooms, tubs and showers, sinks and toilets, window sills and bookshelves. They did all this work in three hours without interrupting our daily routine.

Description of Work: We used Impeccable Cleaning for a move-in cleaning and they were great. Not only did they thoroughly clean the interior of our home but they also cleaned every window (interior and exterior). Valmi was very responsive to my initial call. He arrived to our initial meeting on-time, he was professional, detail oriented and a good communicator. His estimate was very reasonable and detailed. We have hired his team to clean on a regular basis as a result. The team is always on-time and professional. We're very pleased with our decision to hire them! To clarify: The field that asks "Approximately how much did you spend?" has a $0 because they don't have a flat-rate for every home. Also the "Approximate service date" is incorrect because this is an on-going service.

Description of Work: I choose Impeccable Cleaning because of the good reviews. I was initially pleased with the communication but did not know I was dealing with a sub-contractor. Apparently owner of business called this couple who came out because he had too many jobs. The Guatemalean couple who came out, were late but they had car trouble and let us know the night before, which was fine. The couple were nice but didn't speak English very well (male, Nacimiento, spoke better than the female). Since I did not have time to clean out the refridgerator, I asked that they do it and would pay them extra for it. The initial quote was for $425 (I believe) and I ended up paying the couple $250 extra as tip and extra work but since I had to leave before they were done, I found out later that once I paid them, they didn't completely clean the kitchen as I thought they would. I came back the next morning and found some cupboards that hadn't been cleaned which really disappointed me. The recycle cabinet, especially needed cleaning, and that was ignored. They did clean the refridgerator, which was good. Naciemiento washed the windows but was unable to get the screens off the windows for some reason, the outside windows were not clean where the screens were. I did try to tell him that you could remove the windows from inside to clean him but he did not understand. I also had a second story bay window which I told Nacimiento about prior to them coming but it did not get cleaned because they didn't have the proper equipment. Since we were still trying to move things out when they arrived, it was frustrating because Naciemiento would move stuff out of rooms and pile them in living room which made it harder for me to manage. I also was taken aback when I gave the extra money to Naciemento and asked if that was good, he repied with a shrug, "It's okay" which bothered me because I felt I was being very generous. He kept saying it was "OK" and then his wife, said "No, it's good". All in all, the original price was good but I expected a better cleaning job and not to have cabinet areas neglected and windows completely cleaned. I feel that once we left, then they took off too without completely finishing the job, since we were not there to check.

Description of Work: Their service is just like its name, impeccable. They are family owned, have a tremendous work ethic, and do a fabulous and thorough job of cleaning. Above and beyond the usual, by a long distance. The owners are extremely personable and very professional and speak perfect English.. We use them for our home on a regular basis.

Description of Work: First visit, deep cleaning of majority of 1500 sq ft household. It had been several years since we had been physically able (age and illnesses) to do many of the strenuous cleaning jobs, plus high windows, high cabinets,and floors. We couldn't believe how two people, in less than four hours, accomplished so much, leaving everything sparkling....windows, cabinets, exhaust fans, washing machine (inside and out), carpets, floors, many shelves (with many too many knick knacks..many antiques all handled with care) all dusted, waste bins cleaned, shower, tub, sinks, counters, photos, computer...everything!!!! The second time was supposed to be a regular cleaning for two hours. But, I had tried to take 10 years of built up wax off the kitchen and entry floors (tile and ceramic), and only had accomplished making a huge mess. Flavia, co owner, immediately started working on my "mess"...hands and knees, scraping away for two hours. Her able assistants, cleaned away on the rest of the house, getting every dust bunny that had been lurking in corners, moving heavy cabinets and doing the walls and floors behind them. Flavia called her husband Valmi and he brought some industrial strength wax solvent and the three women worked scraping and rinsing until the 45 year old floor appeared from below all the accumulated wax and grime of years of neglect. ...miracle workers! Besides, they were so kind, I'm sure that is not how they planned to spend their time that day...we hadn't discussed "wax removal". I was just so inspired by seeing the wonderful job they did the first time, I wanted it all to be perfect. From now on, I will leave it ALL to the experts...Impeccable Cleaning!
