Joshus and Ben were very professional and knew their business. Price was reasonable.

I called Green Hauling and Kevin and another gentleman came. I showed them what I needed and Kevin gave me a verbal estimate of $350. Kevin explained that they price by truckloads and manhours. He said all the debris would be one truckload which would cost $250 and the shed would take an hour to demolish which would cost an additional $100. I decided to use Green Hauling and told them I would let them know when I emptied the shed so we could schedule a date. They called me weekly asking if I was ready for them and each time I told them I would let them know when the shed was emptied. These calls came to be somewhat annoying. After a while, I eventually emptied the shed. It took me a few weeks due to my schedule and rain. The day I finished emptying the shed, I called Green Hauling to schedule a date and spoke with Greg since Kevin wasn't available. When we agreed to a date, I reminded Greg of the estimate that Kevin had given me. Greg then told me that they would reestimate the job the day they arrived to do the job. I explained to Greg the reasoning Kevin had given me for the estimate, but that didn't matter to Greg. Very surprised, I found myself listening to Greg's logic for such, which didn't make sense to me, so I ended the conversation by saying, "It doesn't seem we are going to be able to do business. Thank you. Goodbye.". This isn't my first rodeo as I am a retired construction manager for a large construction and engineering firm. I appears that Kevin had underestimated the job and Greg wasn't willing to stand by Kevin's estimate. Needless to say, this is very unethical. If Greg had told me Kevin had underestimated the job, I would have been amenable to a reasonable price increase. Greg's approach resulted in Green Hauling's losing a job.

Team was professional and courteous. Dumpster arrived as scheduled and was picked up when requested. I would use Green Hauling again without reservation.

We had a very heavy and old outdoor Tandoor (clay and steel oven... equivalent of a barbecue) and we knew based on that alone that we needed help to haul it away before we moved to our new house. I checked the pricing from various services including the 1-800 guys... who's reviews scared the living daylights out of me because of the nightmares with pricing and bad estimates, etc. I called Green Hauling, based on the positive reviews, and Greg picked-up immediately. He gave it to me very straight... the cost of hauling was based very simply on the cubic feet in a truckload and how much of that our stuff would take-up. He also explained how their truck capacity measure was the true cubic feet that the truck could hold instead of the measure related to the outside of the vehicle's holding area (like other services sometimes use when making quotes). Before I had even given him my name or address I learned quite a bit about hauling services and how they work... and I also learned from listening that Green Hauling was being run by some simply straightforward, transparent and polite people. I was already sold just on the calm demeanor and depth of knowledge. It only got better... Scheduling was simple... "next Friday between 10-12". I agreed with my wife that she would meet them as I could not leave work that day. They showed-up that morning 20 min early and immediately called us... my wife was still in transit and they patiently waited for her to arrive. They quoted $155 for 1/6th of a load. She agreed. The two gentlemen took-out a sledge hammer and broke-apart the Tandoor. Loaded everything else up on the truck. Charged the services to her credit card and off they went. Simple, efficient and very professional. Done in less than 20 min. I know we didn't have the biggest job here... but I can guarantee you that Green Hauling is my first choice for this type of service in the future. Honest, efficient, punctual and very reasonable pricing. What else do you need? Very happy! Big thumbs up.

It went excellent, he apologized he couldn't do it when i called, he did come by and gave price, he scheduled it the way I wanted to, follow through till end, and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Patrick called about 30 minutes before the appointment and arrived on time. He was very courteous, efficient and professional. He was working alone, but that didn't seem to be a problem for him when he was loading the mattress. I like that Green Hauling recycles as much of the junk as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.
