I called DriveSavers and explain my situation. They talked me though all the next possible steps, and explain not just the charges by the amount of time that would be involved by each level of service . While the expense was more than I had hoped, I needed my data back. They made it easy to send them the drive, contacted me and told me there was a very good chance that all my data was recoverable before beginning work, and then recovered all my data in a few days. (I could have had even speedier service had I paid more.) I was treated just as I want to be at every stage of the process. They were pleasant, direct, and perfectly clear. Most importantly, they did the work within the period and at the cost them promised. I very soon had my data on a new disk, and they also returned the original disk. If you really need data that has been stored on a disk that has gone bad, DriveSavers.com is a wonderful place to turn. The fees are higher than what some other groups advertise?but you can trust them to get the job done, if it can be done at all.

They sent me all my new stuff. They sent me a new drive and new data in two days. They have got good credit credentials, and I don't think they are interested in advertising. They are 24 x 7 shop. I have used them three times. They are very expensive, but they're also very good. They deal with the government too.
