Moved in to new home and ordered new washer/dryer. When delivered, installers said they couldn't hook up washer because water valves leaked. At recommendation of real estate agent, contacted Augusto Plumbing. They were the next day, and fixed problem quickly and hooked up washer and tested before they left. Competitive price for service. Carl Augusto is my plumber going forward.

Carl is very patient with picky people like me. At one point I thought the new elbow joint was not properly squared off to the vertical pipe. I am confident it would not have made any functional difference, and Carl said that was the case. Nonetheless when I asked him to extend the joint, he cheerfully and efficiently did so. I have used him before and I certainly would again.

I have had him for several years and I never had a problem with him. His rates seem really reasonable and if you don't need something, he will tell you that you don't need it. He doesn't have any tendency to oversell anything. He knows what he's doing. He is prompt and trustworthy.

Karl responded quickly, worked me into his schedule, let me know in advance how expensive the replacement would be. He worked well to complete the job and is highly responsible. He is not cheap, but he is reasonable and his work is excellent. You won't find a better plumber!

Have used Carl for years. Called him in the morning and he came out later that day. He replaced washers inside the wall on both faucets, was in and out in under an hour. No problem after he was gone. Not only good with new plumbing, but exceptional and troubleshooting 40/50 year-old plumbing.
