+ -1 moreHe gave us a good bid and after we made our decision I called him or emailed once a week. When he had the time, he picked up my tile (my neighbor had hers in her apartment from Home Depot) came, tiled the first day and we each chose the grout color. The next day he grouted the tile, and the final day he cleaned the tile and finished up. He came on time, did the work professionally, was pleasant to work with and we were not inconvenienced at all. Also the bid was verbal and all parties complied exactly. I'm glad there is an Angie's list!
Description of Work: My neighbor across the hall and I wanted to add glass tile as backsplash above our granite counters behind the stove and sink. We got at least five bids with Bill being the lowest. The only disadvantage was he had other jobs and couldn't do it right away. When the time did come that he could do it he was prompt, careful, and in general made us feel we had indeed made the best choice; one worth waiting for. We are happy campers.
