From the initial inquiry to the final handshake Craig Belfor and his team demonstrated a degree of professionalism, responsiveness and consideration that only years of experience can produce. Craig gave us a very fair, binding estimate after completing an amazingly thorough inventory, but recommended that we consider other offers before making our decision. He made us feel that he was personally invested in making the move a good experience. He was able to schedule the move on the date we requested. The moving team exceeded our expectations. Alex and Kyle arrived early and got to work immediately after a meticulous assessment of the best way to proceed given the many large, fragile pieces of antique furniture. They protected the floors with moving blankets and did not even leave a fingerprint behind as evidence that they had been there. They worked tirelessly for 6 hours. Their experience was evident in the efficient and skilled way they treated every aspect of the move and their pride in their work. We were impressed that they noticed that some screws that should have been in place, attaching a mirror to a vanity, were missing and offered to stop at a hardware store to find some that would fit. They also agreed to disassemble a bed in the new house and to move the pieces into the garage, so that there would be a place to put the bed that they were moving in. Without hesitation they repositioned some furniture for us at the very end of the move, when they were clearly tired. it was a pleasure to work with them. In spite of the strenuousness of the work they preserved their personal touch and sense of humor. Although the maximum cost of the move was determined in advance, Alex and Kyle kept an accounting of the actual cost. They did not include the time that they put in before the official start time of the move. They final cost exceeded the estimate by $60 and we split the difference with them because we were so pleased with the experience. We highly recommend Belfor Moving.

I called them on Friday and here it is Tuesday and they still haven't gotten back to me.

They prompt and efficient. The two gentleman didn't stop working all day. They put everything where I wanted it.

They had given us an estimate. The job was very good. They were the cheapest estimate we got. We have never had trees removed before and it looks good. We would use them again.

Very quickly and smoothly. The telephone receptionist was very knowledgeable and professional and so helpful that she made an effort to contact the estimator and get him here the next day. The actual work was done quickly and professionally by pleasant experienced workers.

After calling and leaving a message of what needed to be done, I received a callback within a couple of hours. We agreed on a time to see the work necessary. Punctual, pleasant and a pleasure to meet and discuss our needs. We received an estimate immediately on paper and agreed to have the work done. We were told the work would be done in 3 business days. The crew came out as promised and accomplished their task within a two hour window. They cleaned up the debris and left the yard as clean as possible. The only thing they forgot, was to replace a birdbath they moved to trim one of the trees. Would recommend without hesitation.

Everything went great- from the estimate to the completion of the work. During the estimate, Tom gave me advice on how the tree work should be completed. The day of the work, they showed up early. His crew were professional, and cleaned up afterwards. The trees looked great when they were done.

Crew arrived fifteen minutes ahead of schedule. Equipment looked new and clean. Supervisor had me walk the property with contract in hand verifying everything needing to be done. After completion, I noted two potted plants not returned to their original location. Wood chips could have been cleaned better from the lawn. Trees in the front were trimmed with bucket extensions from the trucks. Protective pads should have been used to prevent small depressions in the driveway. Chipper chute did not ascend or descend properly. Proper operation of the chute may have prevented less chips ending in the lawn. Company left approximately five yards of wood chips for all shrubbery. The Maple tree in front required extensive crown cleaning to remove dead limbs. After completion, it looks great!
