They installed a sump pump before even telling me that I needed to install electrical first. I am completely naive when it comes to this type of work and I depended on their expertise to tell me what I needed before installation. All it said on their forms was that I was responsible for providing electrical if it wasnt there. I have never been under the house, there was no way I knew if there was electrical under there. It would have been super helpful to know that was necessary BEFORE they did the installation seeing as I cant even use it. And yes, we will have to hire a ln electrician to fix this but the guy was such a salesman about it when I expressed how upset I was. I really could not say one good thing about him.

The crawl space under our house always filled with water during the rainy season. They performed a crawl space encapsulation and since that time we have no water under the house. When we called them, they came and gave us a price proposal - out of many reasons it was over a year later when we returned to this project; nevertheless they honored their old proposal and performed a great (and really not easy) job.
