Bay Area Box Express

We had used Bay Area Box Express before and both the product and the process were extremely easy and pain-free as possible. I sent an e-mail to Warren Chanelis (or you can call him, although he may be on the road and will not be able to immediately pick up). I gave him a description of what I needed, when I would need it, and the general area where I live, and he is usually very good with contacting you back very quickly. I think he called me back within a few minutes of receiving my e-mail, and he asked some general questions, and specific neighborhood in SF so he could plan delivering the boxes in conjunction with his other orders. It was a short call since he did say he was on the road. He said to send a confirmation e-mail with my address and our agreed upon date of delivery. I sent it very shortly after I talked to him, and he confirmed back within minutes of my e-mail. On the day of the delivery, he did call to say he was a little lost (I lived at the time on a side street with numerous one-way streets to get access to my building), and I guided him to my building. He brought out all of the boxes right into my garage. It couldn't have been more convenient. His boxes were perfect for moving - he does advertise that the boxes do have slight defects but they are perfectly fine for moving. I got extra tape and some bubble wrap, as well. Also, he prefers cash, so I paid the entire amount in cash, which is a discount (I believe 10%). We would, of course, use him again the next time we need moving boxes, but we don't plan on moving anytime soon now that we have moved into our new house!
