+ -1 moreOutstanding. Randy and team were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and Randy always calmly went through all the options and tradeoffs. He also provided numerous quotes of the various configurations until I finalized what worked best for me in terms of pricing and deliverables. The Alfresco team had to coordinate their timing with a few other vendors that were doing other parts of the project. They were always flexible and went out of their way to get the job done in the time frames needed.
Description of Work: Randy and team at Alfresco setup our whole new backyard living space in terms of heat lamps and overall gas lines. The project included purchasing, delivering, and installing a SunGlo natural gas patio heater (which Randy helped me upgrade to include a Kindle Living designer package) as well as providing gas lines to a 6'x6' fire pit, a new natural gas grill, and for future expansion ideas.

I emailed them about that, and they responded on Sunday and followed up on Monday. Their coupon had expired, but since it was still on their listing, they honored the coupon without any hassles. My order was shipped and arrived the same week. Their service is outstanding.
