Description of Work: Work performed for us was “okay” but Andy is unreliable and unable to organize his time. Makes promises he cannot keep. Was supposed to return to finish step down into my den and never returned after accepting full payment. I also gave him a referral and my family friend complained about quality of work and untimely completion of work. They were Unable to resolve issue and we were left embarrassed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS VENDOR AND IF YOU DO, BE SURE TO GET ALL PROJECT DETAILS AND PROJECT TIMING WRITTEN INTO YOUR CONTRACT.
