Jon is one of the best contractors I have worked with. He has always been very responsive and got the work done quickly and professionally. We needed to do some remodeling to get our office/warehouse approved to food storage/warehouse. Even when problems came up, where the existing drain pipe was too high for the mop sink, he was willing to brain storm together to come up ideas with the best solution possible. His price was reasonable and the work was done well. We are very happy with the work that he has done and would definitely use him again. I highly recommend using him.

Jon has been doing odd jobs around our house for about a year and we are very pleased with the quality of work. He has installed closets, cabinets and repaired dry wall. He has also worked on electrical, plumbing ,painting and installed french doors to the back patio. There is really nothing he and his team cannot do. Every job is done in a timely, professional manner. One of the key attributes for a reliable handyman is his responsiveness. He always gets back to me within the hour and follows up with email or text on any questions or clarification. I also think he is fair and is priced very competitively One of the politest people you will come across and has the best advice to offer. He is my first call anytime I need something repaired or for odd jobs around the house.

Jon and his assistant were on time and very professional. They came in and performed all the work as discussed. They took great care in protecting the areas they were working and cleaned up as if they were never there. I was extremely pleased and will be calling Quality Property Services again in the future for any other repairs I might need.
