I got to pick out the flooring and baseboards. Everything turned out better than before the water damage occurred!

Following a pipe leak inside the shower wall of our only bathroom and a speedy pipe fix from our plumber, we were recommended to a restoration contractor to dry out the water damage to the floor and two walls and reconstruct the bathroom. The contractor we started with did the dry out but would not come back to complete the reconstruction even after a few calls. So we decided to find another contractor to finish the job. We called Nu Look Services and glad we did. Rudy came out the next day and gave us an estimate that fell within our budget. His crew started the very next day. They always showed up on time and left the site clean every day. From the initial call to the finished results, it went better than expected. The bathroom looks better than before the water damage took place. Rudy was great to work with. Understood our needs and dire situation and helped us by explaining details regarding our desire to make minor upgrades. Everyone treated us with courtesy and concern. They worked hard and were very conscientious. We are planning to use NLS again next year for a few more projects on our old home (built in 1942). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of construction work.
