 + 0 moreOVERPRICED! Do not hire unless you want to spend a lot of money. They did 2 repairs. One was completed for $400 and the part only costs $20 and wasn't even the correct part. The second repair costs the same, but nothing really needed to be done. They replaced a part that did not replacing and that part didnt last. I had to replace again with someone else for $100. DO NOT HIRE!
Description of Work: Water heater thermocouple replacement and heater malfunctioning. Turns out the heater didn't work because the water heater wasn't working. DId not know that. They did, but charged me for 2 jobs anyway.

 + -1 moreThere were here for a total of four hours and they charged me $5000, so basically over $1000 per hour. I called them about the enormous bill and they said they would take $500 off. I'm still not happy, it doesn't make any sense. The majority of the charges came from the clean out which only took an hour and fifteen minutes. They said regardless of how long it takes, they charge a flat rate for the clean out.
Description of Work: They replaced a flange on the toilet and replaced the clean out.

drain cleaning
 + -1 moreI called. Asked if the main line drain was included in their advertised rate. They said yes. The plumber showed up on time, but said he couldn't do the job without a main line cleanout access. Offered to put it in for an exorbitant rate. I declined. He left.
Description of Work: what a ripoff. Called these guys cuz they say, "any drain cleared for $99." I call bull. Their ad does say not all drains qualify. What they don't say is that any house built pre 1970s won't qualify because it won't have a drain clean out access. Okay. So we don't qualify. I understand that. And they'll offer to install the clean out for you -- at twice the price of other plumbers. I asked about their price for other services while he was there. Also twice the price of other plumbers. Don't bother calling these ripoff artists.

 + -1 moreOn time for service call, late for actual service. He was polite but charged too much. Call was canceled at 10:30 am after l hour overdue(truck breakdown)and another plumber was used. Water was already shut off and had to proceed. Service charge to be refunded.(Still to receive)
Description of Work: Work that was supposed to be provided was not done. Plumber (Ron Samora) was paid $49.95 on March 8 for service call. Was supposed to return March 14 at 9:30 and did not show. Water was already shut off in condo complex so had to get someone else which was somewhat good because the quote from Mike Diamond was $425.00 + $49.95 for service call was done for $125.00 which also included parts ($35.00) and water shut ($25.00) and labor $65.00. What's wrong with this picture? Overcharged and not on time. I am receiving service charge back so will update that later.
